Overview
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Maintenance Associate to join our team full-time. This hands-on role plays a crucial part in ensuring our warehouse and production areas remain clean, organized, and fully functional. The ideal candidate will have experience—or a strong willingness to learn—in using tools, performing maintenance tasks, and working in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
Essential Duties + Responsibilities
- Perform regular cleaning and organization of warehouse and production areas, including waste removal and inventory upkeep.
- Conduct routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and machinery, including CNC machines.
- Use basic power tools (e.g., drills, nail guns, impact drivers) for light construction, repairs, and crate assembly.
- Help pack, crate, and prepare outgoing shipments.
- Load and unload materials and products safely; occasionally lift items weighing 50 lbs or more.
- Support production and warehouse teams with various operational and physical tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company safety standards.
- Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly to management.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Familiarity with—or willingness to learn—routine maintenance on CNC machinery and other shop tools.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor safely.
- Strong attention to detail, with a focus on cleanliness and safety.
- Effective communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to shift between tasks and adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
- Comfortable working in various environments, including warehouse, production floor, and occasional outdoor tasks.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to grow with the company.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and be active throughout the entire shift.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment.
- Consistently able to lift and move heavy materials (50+ lbs) safely.
